• There will be an up front fee for any needed design work or shop drawings.
• Upon your approval, we will schedule a projected commencement date for the work and request a 50% deposit.

The Process At A Glance:

By the commencement date, we will expect the balance of the bid amount. We ask for full payment at commencement because many custom projects are of a size or taste that is very specific. In return, we will work on your project and only your project until completion. When the project is completed, we will contact you to establish a delivery schedule.
